Currently, our team performs multidisciplinary studies in fields of medicine and biology such as aging neuroscience, genetics, and genomics, neurophysiology, and neuroradiology of stroke and multiple sclerosis, pulmonology radiology and diseases.

By applying machine learning techniques to these studies, we develop predictive models of the disease outcomes (e.g., admission to the intensive care unit, morality, etc.); provide solutions for the computer-aided diagnostics and risk stratification; and address computer vision tasks in visual diagnostics (e.g., segmentation of the pathology, object detection, image classification, visual relationship detection, image captioning, instance segmentation).
